Encouraging Emails

Hello Amy!
Thank you for the encouraging emails you send out from time to time! They are a great positive motivator! I am juggling and shuffling the finances so that I can get moving on the Chaplaincy program....I can't wait! Really excited to get into the great array of classes you offer there! My first wedding performance is May 11th and your book and workbook have really inspired me (and the bride and groom really love the lay out!)!

I really appreciate ULC and the opportunities it has opened up for me in the near future!  Thank you!
Deepest Blessings,
Rich

Kind Words from the ULC

Pastor Amy,
I was in a deep depression awhile ago, worrying about being a certified chaplain, but didn't have the training, I got into a new church, and the pastor there encouraged me to continue renewing my chaplain certification because we would never know when I'd need to use the knowledge.  But, I got some of your KIND WORDS emails, and it gave me a renewing of the spirit. Without those 'KIND WORDS'  i think i would have given up long ago. THANK YOU for the kind words, and keep them coming. they do help (at least for me anyway) to keep that adversary of depression away. When the pastor of the Methodist church I'm attending kept encouraging me to continue with the chaplain certification, and allowed me to be certified in the church to preach when he's away, I decided it was time to make a change when God told me that the church was to be my new home. (at least temporarily).

THANKS AGAIN,
CHAPLAIN RON

Thank you so much for the kind words and encouragement Amy!  your notes always lift my spirits.

I hope you're feeling blessed and creative - may you have love, good health and abundance of all good things !!!   :)

Much love,

Amy

Doing That Which is Right

Doing That Which is Right.

Well said.

I have never understood those who condemn others, simply because someone does not believe what they believe. It is the cornerstone of all conflict in the world today. God's law, packaged under what ever name you choose, seems unilateral to me. We ought to be kind to each other, we should respect humanity, murder is wrong all universal truths.

It is pretentious of me to try and interpret God's intentions, that universe is far to vast for my mind to comprehend. But I can keep trying to do that which is right.

Thank you. Keep the faith, all faiths.

Postive Words About the ULC

A Review of a ULC Course:
By all means include the review.

Some would disagree and rather speak in more traditional terms such as prayer, penitence, etc.  I am not here to debate that issue. When it comes down to it,. even though the theoretical constructs of the professor may or may not be perfect and pleasing to all taking it, this course provides a way for others to approach this most difficult journey towards spiritual development. More about that  when I finish and further review the course.

Amy..keep up the wonderful work you and Seminary are doing.

Amy,
You must have been in tune with what I was going through. You sent me the email that I needed.

Courses

Hi Rev Amy,
It's still me. I'm studying a lot and researching as a madman to get the most of those 4 courses I am taking and a new world is opening its doors in front of my eyes and I want to thank ULC Seminary again for that. Can I suggest a new course to submit to the program? Well, something on Hinduism. I think that would expand the variety of subjects on the program. But it is just a suggestion. I see you have Buddhism, Wicca, Druidism and as soon as I finish those 4 I will nail those too. I'm so interested on the variety spectrum of all believes since The "Comparative Religion" Master course. And this message is to remind you how amazing you are and how much your doing for us all.
Thank you.

Regards,

A.
